We process orders within 1 business day, and orders placed before 1 pm on a weekday are usually fulfilled the same day. Delivery then takes an estimated 2 to 5 business days. Remote areas can take longer. We do not ship or deliver on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping is calculated at checkout, using courier rates from Bob Go for your address.

Once your order ships you receive an email with your tracking number, which becomes active within 24 hours. Tracking information is from Bob Go. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder.

GROW FOLK only operates and ships in South Africa. We deliver by courier to physical addresses and do not ship to P.O. boxes.

We send your order as one shipment unless otherwise arranged. It might come in one or several packages (flybags, boxes or bags).

Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can amend it for you.

At checkout you can pay by card, by instant EFT with Ozow, or with Payflex.

Return the item to us within 30 days of order, unopened and unused. Certain sensitive products, such as seeds, microbial and live biological products, cannot be returned due to their nature. Please read our full Returns and Refunds policy for the conditions that apply.

Please keep all packaging and the damaged goods, and contact the courier to file a claim, quoting your waybill number. Our Shipping Policy has the details.
