Plant root or foliar fertiliser: Excellent source of potash. Ensures proper plant maturity by improving overall health, root resistance, disease resistance and yield.
Fungicide for plants: Inhibit growth of fungi, removes hyphae and spore germination. Excellent for mildew control.
Buffering agent wine / beer: Lowers acidity levels in the wine and beer making process.
Baking: Process agent. It can also be used as a low-sodium substitute.
