How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Depends on your Shipping selection, but usually 2 – 5 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Return the item to us within 30 days of order, unopened and unused. Certain sensitive products such as seeds, microbial and live biological products cannot be returned due to their nature.
How do I change my shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

Will my items come in one package?
