A special mixed blend of coloured carrots. This is a great cost effective way to really light-up a dinner plate. We have found that this is one sure-fire way to get kids eating their veggies, as the colours really create excitement on the plate. Try blind taste tests where people guess the colour that they are eating with their eyes closed.

Sow in early spring in well cultivated soil. Uniform moisture is critical. Seedlings should be thinned to approximately 5 cm (2”) apart for optimal root formation. Sowings of carrot seed can be repeated every 2 weeks until mid-summer.
