Chillies – Blondie

She’s blonde and she’s hot! Solid white chili pods are a rare occurrence, but Blondie is as close as you’ll get to it. Being in the baccatum species you can expect some sharp heat, fruitiness, and overall good fresh eating experiences. Blondie hits the shu scale at about 30-50k and would offer just enough heat to make you sit up straight, but not inedible hot, They ripen from a light green to a white and eventually turns more yellow when fully mature. Great to use for chili flakes, powders, or pickles. The plants have an upright growth habit and produce more than enough pods for you to get creative with. One of the easier growing varieties that produce slightly earlier than other varieties.
