Epsom Salts

ADVANTAGES:

Corrects magnesium deficiency: If a plant is deficient in magnesium, its ability to photosynthesise is decreased. Epsom Salts is a source of magnesium that is required by plants to produce chlorophyll in order to carry on photosynthesis.
Enhances colour of blossoms and leaves: Enhances the colour of blossoms and leaves, promotes new flowers and fruit, improves the root system and improves the length of the stem. It also helps plants to absorb phosphorus.
Fast-acting results: Magnesium is absorbed through the roots or foliage of plants to help them produce chlorophyll. It is quite mobile in the plant and is readily translocated from the leaves of the older plant tissue to the new growth.
Easy to use: Epsom Salts can be applied using three different methods: directly to the soil at the base of the shrub or tree, mixed with water and used as a soil drench beneath the plants, or mixed with water and used as a foliar spray.

DIRECTIONS:

Liquid feed: Epsom Salts are best applied dissolved in water, 20g per litre.
Foliar spray: Dissolve 20g per litre and spray onto to the leaves with a sprayer.
Base feed: Work into the soil at the rate of 70g/m2.
Tips: Dissolves easier in warm water. Use as needed by your plants.
